Original era manufacture. Polished steel blade with a sawback spine, dark steel patina finish to the guard, pommel and flashguard; two crown proofs on the pommel.Original finish wooden grips secured with two flush-ground rivets. Black leather bodied scabbard with a chrome finish to the scabbard throat and chape. Sound WWI brown leather frog with four aluminum rivets and tight stitching.
