Original era manufacture. Standard S98/05 bayonet made by Move-Werke, Walter & Co, Muhlhausen in Thr. At some point in the past the bayonet has been expertly cleaned. As it now stands, the bayonet is very presentable, with a bright blade with clear markings, and a crown proof on the spine. Very nice serrated wood grips, with a steel guard, flashguard and pommel. Lightly dented steel scabbard with a mix of blue and steel patina finish.
