Original era manufacture. Standard S98/05 sawback bayonet made by Alex Coppel, bright finished blade with no corrosion issues, just minor age staining to the surface, crown W proof 16 on the spine. Sound serrated wood grips, showing very minor marring and bumping from service use, no cracks or chips. Steel patina finish to the guard and pommel. Mix of blue and steel patina finish to the dent free scabbard. Original frog with sound stitching and all four steel rivets in place.
