Original RPC. A fine image of Fritz Kossmahl by Sanke-Berlin. He stands in full uniform wearing an assortment of awards including the Iron Cross 1st Class, Pilot badge and Hohenzollern House Order.He was credited with 9 victories during his career, when he was mortally wounded in combat, succumbing to his wounds after lingering for four days. The reverse of the card gives details of his death in 1917.
