Original era photography. Somber, hand painted black wooden frame with a tiny Iron Cross at bottom. Written in German is, fallen on the field of honor. Cabinet card size image of a German infantryman armed with a Gewehr 88 and an 1871 pattern bayonet. Frame measures roughly 5x7.5 inches with a hanging loop at top.
