Original era manufacture. A complete first pattern tropical helmet introduced in 1941 of tan canvas covered cork construction. The helmet displays its proper leather liner, and red cotton covered interior. Sadly, it has experienced a damp storage environment sometime in it's past, resulting in staining to the exterior and interior with denting to the crown and misshapen rim. It's all there, it is not flattened, perhaps with some patience and effort a restoration could be done with this old warrior.
