Original era documents. German WWII lot of 6 award documents for Sanitater Richard Wolst, 9./Gren.Rgt.350. Black Wound Badge, Silver Wound Badge, Iron Cross 2nd Class, Eastern Front Medal, War Service Cross 2nd Class with Swords and a Sturmabzeichen. The Iron Cross document is signed by Generalleutnant Hubert Lendle, commander of the 221st Security Division. The Silver Wound Badge, document dated 7 June 1941, was awarded for three wounds; 8 July 1942, 12 November 1943 and 24 February 1943. The 221st Security Division served on the Eastern Front, where in spite of it's artillery component being removed, found itself continuously engaged in front line service. It was smashed during the Soviet summer offensive of 1944.
