Original era manufacture. An unknown organization, machine-sewn, gray cotton embroidery on black wool. Measures 55 mm in width with machine-sewn ends. Sorry we cannot identify this interesting armband, but the town of Starkenburg certainly exists. RAD, DAF? Normal age and wear.
