Original period manufacture. Olive colored wool felt helmet which is size marked and dated under the sweatband APN 194258. The helmet is sound, showing storage wear and handling and was likely never issued. There is some very minor scuffing to the edge of the helmet, both emblems appear to be original to the helmet and the chinstrap is sound and not flaking. Only issue to report is that some of the sweatband stitching in the front of the helmet has come loose, hard to see.
