Original era manufacture. Dark olive green wool felt helmet in a size 57, and maker marked JHS, with both original metal emblems present and sound. The chinstrap is missing, there is some wear to the leather edge trim, there is a dent in the crown of the helmet near the eagle shield, and a two inch portion of the felt band is missing as shown. The helmet is clean, the liner is quite nice, just needs some TLC for display.
