Original era manufacture. Recently purchased from the nephew of the GI who returned home with this classic WWII souvenir. WKC marked on its polished steel blade with no nicks, bends or corrosion. Just some dried oil or cosmoline on its surface. Damage free dark orange grips. Dark finish to the metal fittings with traces of silver finish remaining. No for the odd part, attached to the suspension rings of this dagger at the time of our purchase, is a well-worn set of original Luftwaffe dagger hangers. One of the zinc strap buckles is missing and the snap hook spring.
