Original era manufacture. A complete rig featuring the standard pattern Army officers dagger with silvered fittings and a bright and clean blade by Robert Klaas. The chromed steel blade is unsharpened and the tip is sharp, however, there is a bit of plating lifting on the center portion of the blade on both sides, one more pronounced than the other. Dark orange grip without any chips or cracks, nice original silver wire knot showing light wear and use. The scabbard body is dent free with a pleasing silver patina to its surface. Attached to the carrying rings is a set of original hangers, they are complete with all fittings, showing wear and fraying to the lower strap.
