Original era manufacture. An early production buckle of feldgrau painted aluminum with a 1937 dated leather tab. Standard pattern enlisted leather service belt with a feldgrau painted steel catch, and clear 1941 date; size marked 115cm.The buckle is in 90% condition, with most of the original paint finish remaining intact, and light wear to the adjusting tab. The belt, though slightly stiffened from age, is in matching condition, exhibiting mostly handling and storage wear.  A very nice example of the WWII German Army enlisted service belt & buckle.
