Original period manufacture. Standard issue enlisted visor in bright and clean condition.Complete with all insignia and chinstrap, displays quite well, not crushed or bent from poor storage. There is a stitched moth repair on the front of the hat just below the eagle's right wing tip and three other pencil point moth bites, one on the rearedge and two on the rear underside of the hat which can't be seen unless the body is lifted up. Nice large size, 60 1/2.
