Original era manufacture. Rough texture dark feldgrau wool, four-pocket tunic, with factory sewn mouse gray collar litzen.The tunic is quite clean, with no moth issues to report, all of its original buttons are intact, with a pair of Infantry piped late-war pattern slip-on shoulder straps. The tunic eagle has been replaced, but properly done in that it is machine sewn to the tunic, without the stitching penetrating the lining. Of note evidence of another eagle can be seen, the stitching of which did pierce the lining material. Original gray cotton lining with very clear issue stamps, bandage pouch, and cloth adjustable support straps. On the left sleeve is a collector applied Gefreiter rank chevron.Size about a 40 regular.
