Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following: laminate stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt and flat butt plate. Mix of serial numbers visible throughout, renumbered buttplate as usual. No dowel reinforcement, fairly clear letter H and waffenamt proofs on the stock face, light dings and dents to the wood from service use. All in all a very clean example with a nice golden color to the wood.
