Original period manufacture. Feldgrau wool hat with rabbit fur trim and a gray cotton quilted lining with numerous markings visible. The hat shows wear but no damage, size marked 55, aluminum Army cap eagle pinned to the front. Hard to see as it is covered over by the fur.
