Original era manufacture. A complete example of the classic German Army helmet with a very nice original Heer pattern decal as shown. Most of the original factory paint remains, with a few blobs of garage paint on the surface. Size and maker marked EF62, with a lot number which appears to be 023. Pliable brown leather liner without an adjusting string, all fingers are present with none of them broken. Wear to the front edge of the lining measuring about 5 inches in length. The leather has had an application of saddle soap at some time in the past. Pliable original leather chinstrap with a steel adjusting buckle. Honest original German Army helmet.
