Original era manufacture. This is a very nice example of a mid-war pattern German Army helmet. Original to the helmet leather liner with adjusting string with all rivets and slot washers in place. Very clean original decal as shown. Original and complete chinstrap, a little stiff from age but quite pliable for display. On the inside rear of the neckskirt is the makers code and size stamp of hkp62, Sachsishe Emaillerwerke.
