Original era manufacture. Norwegian capture K98 rifle stock which comes complete with the following: laminate stock and upper handguard, upper and lower barrel bands, bayonet lug, band spring, recoil bolt and cupped butt plate. Serial number of 9614, is visible on all components usually marked except the blank butt plate which has been renumbered by Norway. In addition, the waffenamt code of 37 is also visible. The stock is very clean with a nice color, there is a dowel reinforcement in the bolt handle recess, and there are a few dings and dents from handling and use. Nice clean stock overall.
