Original era manufacture. One of the souvenirs brought home by Cpl Roy Altenbach, Ordnance Section, US Army at the end of WWII. Braided silver colored cording with a zinc badge mounted to the top pad. Both attaching loops are present, The feldgrau wool backing to the pad shows light surface mothing. Clean overall.
