Original era manufacture. A sound example with a bright, clean blade and silver plated metal fittings. As stated, the blade is very clean, with most of it's original cross grain polish remaining intact. No issues to report, just some minor runner wear. Bright silver plated metal fittings with some scattered surface bubbling mostly visible on the reverse of the crossguard, no missing plating. Pale yellow grip with no cracks or chips, grip body has a bit of a wiggle to it on the tang. The scabbard has both of it's suspension rings with some shallow surface denting on both sides towards the tip, Guess Army officers took the same cabs and trains that the Navy officers did. Clean dagger.
