Original era manufacture. A late war example with a plated steel scabbard, zinc crossguard and pommel crown. The blade is quite clean with that very nice Siegfried logo. There is some lifting of the plating on the scabbard as shwon and the crossguard and pommel details have blurred a bit from age. Nice dark orange handle with no chips or cracks, just some discoloration.
