Original era manufacture. A nice early example featuring dark silver patina fittings and a nice dark orange grip. The well polished blade is very nice with excellent contrast of the Eickhorn logo to the blade surface, with just a spot of old cleaned corrosion on the obverse. The scabbard is very clean with a nice dark patina which matches the pommel and crossguard nicely. Some very minor surface denting can be felt along its length. Partial length original hangers with shortened straps and missing its connecting bar. Clean dagger overall.
