Original period manufacture. A clean example with an aluminum guard and pommel, with a plated steel scabbard, and an Ivory colored  grip. The dagger is complete with its original knot, which is sound, displaying the normal fraying where the cord drapes over the guard.The blade is very clean with a very clear A. Schuttelhofer & Co. trademark on the ricasso. No corrosion issues, just some very minor clouding and staining from age. Dent free steel scabbard, with some scattered areas of lifting to the plated surface.Clean dagger overall.
