Original era manufacture. Very clean chromed finish steel blade measuring 35 inches in length, that was a tall soldier. Gilded brass guard and backstrap with a lionhead pommel displaying red glass eyes. On the reverse langet are the intertwined letters WO. Black plastic grip bound with triple strand wire. Orignal leather knot wrapped around the hilt, the bullion wire is missing around the crown. Original finish steel scabbard retaining 90% of the black paint. Shallow dent on one side towards the tip. Nice looking sword.
