Original era manufacture. A very fine example of the WWII German Army Officers sword by WKC. The chrome finished steel blade measures 32.5 inches in length, runs straight and true, with no issues to the blade surface.Ornate, gilded brass guard and lionhead pommel with red glass eyes. Black plastic wrapped grip, which is bound with triple strand wire. There was a small break in the wire binding on one side, this now has a neat repair, no loose wires.   Black painted steel scabbard which is dent-free, and retains nearly all of its original painted finish, with a nice gloss to the surface.
