Original era manufacture. Chrome finished blade measuring 32 inches in length with no issues, bright and clean. Gilded brass guard and pommel with deeply incised oakleaf decoration and eagle on the obverse langet. The reverse langet displays the original owners initials HS. Damage free black plastic wrapped grip bound with triple strand wire. Original finish, dent free scabbard with most of the finish remaining intact. Just a touch of light surface corrosion near the drag. A nice looking sword.
