Original era manufacture. 31 inch polished steel blade, very clean and straight with the Eickhorn trademark under the reverse langet. Gilded brass guard, pommel and backstrap with a fair amount of gilding remaining, mostly seen in the recesses of the oakleaves. Nice black plastic grip with its original triple wire binding intact. Dent free, black painted steel scabbard which retains 99% of its original finish. A very nice sword overall, showing light age and wear.
