Original era manufacture. Clean, normal age and wear, feldgrau cloth backing material to the pad, zinc 5th level plaque. No issues beyond normal age and wear. The plaque is a type 5 level with two acorns indicating a level 7 award. However, the regulations call for miniature artillery shells to indicate additional awards for the Panzer lanyard, not acorns as this one has. Period examples where acorns were employed in lieu of acorns are known, further, I cannot see any evidence of extra pin marks on the wool pad indicating a replacement of the plaque having taken place.
