Original period manufacture. Stamped steel Heer pattern enlisted buckle with a fair amount of original feldgrau paint finish intact. The original sewn leather adjusting tab has been shortened as has the leatheradjusting strip itself. I feelthis was likely done by the original owner as the belt has a great been-together look to it. Aluminum belt catch which is maker marked and dated 37. Measures 33 inches in length.
