Original period manufacture. A very clean sword by Eickhorn, featuring a 32.5 inch chrome finished steel blade, running straight and true. No issues, just light runner wear.  Gilded brass guard and pommel with an engraved Army eagle on the obverse langet. Black plastic wrapped grip bound with triple strand wire. The black painted steel scabbard retains nearly all of its original paint finish and is dent free. Both throat screws are present. Very minor surface corrosion on the drag.
