Original era manufacture. A nice matching set, being an identity disc and Wehrpass belonging to the same individual. In this instance, Heinrich Moning, born in 1907, who served in the German Army from 1942 to the end of the war in 1945. On the first page of his Wehrpass his Erkennungsmarke number is 3580, this number is also stamped on the accompanying identity disc, with original neck cord. The Wehrpass is well-filled out with several extra documents included regarding his military service. Most of WWII was spent in transport and supply, with his last unit being a supply company to a Panzer unit from March to May 1945.
