Original era manufacture. German WWII Army Wehrpass issued in 1938 to a man born in 1908, photo in cover. The soldier was a resident ot Bunzlau, now a town in western Poland. He qualified with the Gewehr 98, and served in France on the Channel Coast, and later with Army Group South in Russia. He died on 9 September 1943, and is buried in Russia. He was awarded the KvK 2nd Class with swords. Water damage to the cover, and fading to the photo.
