Original era manufacture. Zinc body, with a center adjustment knob and individual focus eyepieces. The optics are clear and in proper collimation. Sound, black leather neckstrap.Presstoff case which is coded inside the lid, bmj and dated 1944. There are two green filters inside the lid, secured with a leather strap.The case is in very sound condition, the securing clasp is intact, with a late-war quality cloth "pull". The leather belt loop shows considerable age and wear, with flaking and roughness to portions of the surface.
