Original period manufacture. Standard M1935 mapcase of black pebbled leather and maker marked under the flap. Without a doubt, this is the most complete, undisturbed mapcase we have ever offered, it is full. Metric rulers, pencils, 5 original maps of which four are of the Russian Front, 3 map marking templates in an oilcloth case, one is dated 1942, another 1944. This doesn't look like a collector assembled set, rather a set which has been together for a long, long time. No damage, but some of the components show age and wear.
