Original era manufacture. A fine example of a WWII Iron Cross 1st class made by the firm of Carl Wild being 107 marked on the suspension pin. Most of the original finish remains on the magnetic core, original plating remaining on the edge frame.  Domed top issue case with a magnetic hinge and catch. Remnants of the original packing carton remain, and on the reverse is a collector inventory tag showing a purchase date of 11/67.
