Original era manufacture. Magnetic centered EK1, no makers number on the reverse. There is a spot of corrosion on the top of the swastika which has stained the interior of the issue case. The original owner bent the two side arms of the cross slighty back to give the EK a convex look. A name and rank is scratched into the reverse as follows, 4/Kp Hurm Obj Gaselein. The letters Obj indicate the rank of Oberjager, giving a good hint for research purposes. Pleasing silver patina to the EK frame, sound original issue case showing light handling and wear.
