German WWII Childs Double Decal Army Kinder Helmet

Original era manufacture. Pressed steel helmet with most of its original paint remaining, original decals on each side of the shell. Original liner with its original, adjustable leather chinstrap. Most of the original finish remains intact, with a few small dents to the surface, strong decals as shown. Being a toy, this little helmet passed through the hands of a child at some point in it's life. Happily it was not worn down to a nub through play, although the original kiddee owner did modify it slightly. On the front is a faint, hand-drawn swastika within a circle. Below that, just above the visor is the name Hitler in a childish scrawl. These ad hoc markings do not jump out at you, but are there if  you look.
