Original period manufacture. Standard pattern light guage steel helmet with a satin black paint finish with original decals as shown. Complete with its original chinstrap and black leather liner, the chinstrap is broken on one side, but repairable.Sound original leather liner with crown pad, light dusting of surface corrosion on the helmet shell. Brought home by Corporal Earl Elliott, 18th Field Artillery.
