Original era manufacture. Gray cotton embroidery on Luftwaffe blue wool backing. Gray cotton covered reverse, with loose threads around the edges from being removed from a uniform.This exampleformed part of a large assortment of uniform/hat removed cloth insignia brought home from WWII by a Connecticut US Army veteran.
