Original era manufacture. This is an enlisted hat which has been upgraded into an officers model with the addition of a braided chinstrap. Feldgrau wool body with medium green wool band and piping, brown oilcloth sweatband with a dark grey cotton lining. AluminumZoll pattern eagle and two piece wreath. No moth issues to report, the visor needs some restitching in spots but is not falling off. The hat displays well and is not crushed or broken.
