German WWII DAF Enlisted Visor Hat

Original period manufacture. Standard pattern DAF enlisted hat with a dark blue wool top, oakleaf embroidered black material cap band and a Luftwaffe style bound edge visor. The interior of the hat displays an intact sweatshield with a silver painted DAF cogwheel. On the underside of the leather sweatband is an original RZM tag. In addition, on the left side of the sweatband is the original owners name, Chr.Schmid. Correct chinstrap and proper metal oval cap emblem completes the hat. No moth issues, only bit to mention is that the metal top stiffening band has been removed. Herr Schmid may have done this himself. Replaced chinstrap.
