German WWII Denazified Army Enlisted Buckle, Leather Tab, Named

Original era manufacture. One piece, all steel construction, with a makers mark forward of the catch, RS&S. Denazified on the obverse, but the reverse shows all of the original markings. Leather 1940 dated tab with the soldier's name Hauser written in ink. This was purchased at the recent SOS Show in Louisville from a gentleman from Wisconsin. He mentioned that he believed that the buckle was from a POW Camp somewhere in the Badger State. No way to say for certain, but interesting nonetheless.
