Original era manufacture. A very clean set of good quality Wehrmacht issue eyeglasses with a prescription issued to a Hauptmann in 1944. Also indicated on the prescription card is the unit Feldpost number, 20659. Online research indicates this number was assigned to Luftwaffe Gruppe Flieger-Verbindungs-Geschwader 2. Gray painted steel case shows some minor paint loss with some minor denting to the metal surface.
