Original period manufacture. Clean chrome finished 8 inch blade with the Christians logo on the ricasso. The blade is very clean with some minor plating loss at the tip, no corrosion issues or sharpening. Nice black plastic grips which have had an original HJ emblem placed into one side, well done, it displays the side t0 side movement present on HJ Knives.Clean, chrome finished guard and pommel with a red cloth wedge in the bayonet slot. Original black paint finish to the dent-free scabbard, of which about 80% remains. Sound black patent leather scabbard with tight stitching, and typical surface bubbling.
