Original era manufacture. Early pattern canister, slightly shorter than the later model and with a different securing clasp. The interior of the canister lid shows a small paper tag bearing the name of Dr.Baumgarten, Oblt.d.R.. At the time of our purchase the mask was without spare lenses in the lid, or the removable filter. We have placed a set of lenses in the lid container and have included an original FE-41 filter. Rubberized cloth facemask size marked 2, the head harness is basically intact but one strap has pulled away. Original suspension straps.
