Original period manufacture. An early production S84/98 bayonet bearing the makers code of S/173G, which stands for Alexander Coppel andthe manufacture year of 1935. Matching numbers blade to scabbard of 6437a. Satin blue finish throughout with a lightly sharpened cutting edge. Very light surface denting to the scabbard, light marring to the wood grips. Clean tan canvas frog showing light wear and use.
