Original era manufacture. A very clean zinc based medal displaying an even gray finish, with most of the silver wash remaining on the rim.Clean original ribbon does not glow under a UV light. Original issue maker marked envelope showing normal age and wea. Really an exceptional condition Eastern Front Medal. Maker marked on the envelope Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart. Number 20 stamped on the suspension ring.
