German WWII Entrenching Shovel & Carrier, 1936 & 1940 Dated

Original era manufacture. An early non-folding example with a blue steel finished blade with an early style waffenamt, letters G.Br., and date of 1936 stamped into the handle at the base of the blade shank. The black leather carrier is of riveted and sewn construction, with a 1940 date and a fairly clear waffenamt appearing on one side. In addition, the Finnish Army property stamp of SA also appears. Overall the shovel & carrier are quite sound, showing normal age and wear, with no damage.
